To ask the Manager to provide a further update on the recent tender process for CCTV surveillance at Recycling Bring Centres and to outline the timeframe for the commencement of services under any contracts awarded as result of this tender process?
"That this Committee discuss
(a) the Whitechurch Road traffic calming scheme with a view to implementation and to give a date for the commencement of this work
(b) to discuss the overall plan for the Whitechurch road upgrade preserving the rural landscape
(c)to give a timescale (estimate in years) for this work.
"That the Manager work with local Residents to come up with a long term solution to the fact that parked cars are ploughing up the grass margins on Orlagh Grove Road."
That the Manager arranges that the entrance gate to 32 Kilcronan View, Clondalkin be moved back to allow the tenants of Numbers 31 and 32 separate access to their meters and gardens.
To ask the Manager to detail the number of reports of private combined sewer blockages logged by the council in each of 2008 & 2009 and to ask if this council will recommence a non-emergency drain clearance service for blockages in private combined drains?
To ask the Manager to detail the bye-laws adopted by this council and currently in force in relation to the sale and consumption of alcohol and to advise on any other related matters not currently covered by bye-laws but which under current legislation may be addressed by council bye-laws?
To ask the Manager to outline this council’s policies and future plans for increasing the use of LED street-lighting, given the significant cost and energy efficiencies available; and noting the growing number of enterprises in our county engaged in the supply and installation of LED lighting?
That this council requests the Manager to examine the feasibility of introducing appropriate work-placement/training programme, in conjunction if necessary with FAS, to gainfully engage unemployed persons in projects such as environmental improvement works; and furthermore calls on the government to remove any bureaucratic blockages to the establishment of such schemes by local authorities.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for the removal of hedges along the N81 adjacent to Kiltalown Park with a view to the safety of pedestrians using the park being improved.
"To ask the Manager to request Dublin Bus to install a shelter at the bus stop on Marian Road which incorporates a seat and litter bin?"
That this Committee call on the Manager to arrange for the marking of parking bays on Avonbeg Gardens adjacent to the St Dominics Community Centre with a view to a more efficient use of the space available for parking.
That this Committee is appalled by the vandalism in the open space near the junction of Tamarisk Drive and Treepark Road in Kilnamanagh. That this Committee urges the replacement of the wall along the M50 slipway and the use of a stud wall or other measure to stop the smashing of the wall with large wooden spools, as has occurred on a number of previous occasions.
"That the Manager arrange for a clean-up of litter in the Orlagh Park/Beverly Court area where there is widespread litter."
"That the Manager update Councillors on when the water supply is expected to be back and what steps the Council is taking to streamline the system to be able to alert Residents if water is to be cut off as the unexpected nature of the cuts-off is very frustrating and annoying for Residents (am referring specifically to Orlagh Park and Templeroan areas)."
To ask the Manager to state what number of works have commenced this year relating to applications for grants under the housing aid for older people, housing adaption grant etc. and to provide a breakdown of how many are social and how many are private?
