"That the Manager include in the survey of recent Flood damage on the Whitechurch Stream/Glin River the Willbrook Grove area close to the bank of the Whitechurch Stream. The bank of the Whitechurch Stream at Willbrook Grove is over grown with Willow trees that are damaged and rotting due to lack of maintenance. These trees are a danger and would be prone to collapsing into the river and may flood. There is a rotten tree near house, 8 Willbrook Grove, and a dangerous tree near the footbridge at Willbrook Grove."
