Draft Lucan Appointed Stands (Street Service Vehicles) Bye-Laws, 2012

The attached document is a draft byelaw for public service vehicles which was recently noted at Council following presentation to the transport SPC. It will be necessary to develop taxi stands in the County in accordance with this bye law and the schedules attached for Lucan Village will need to be agreed at area level as part of a public consultation process which will commence shortly.
