"That the Manager report to this Committee on what measures can be taken to stop non- residential parking at the Dodder Valley Park at Mount Carmel Estate.

Dog walkers are parking causing obstruction to residents and utility services. Could double yellow lines solve the problem or could signs be placed at the entrance to Mount Carmel Park directing motorists to the carpark on the Firhouse Road."
