To ask the Chief Executive to please provide a report to the Council members in relation to the review of pay parking, the objective of the review, when this is being commenced, it's expected duration and as a consequence, when he believes the pay parking could be installed at Rosemount Shopping Centre Ballyroan, and if he would like to make a statement on the matter.

That this local area committee requests that suitable play facilities and wheelchair access are provided at the very earliest convenience to ensure that younger children and children with disabilities are able to participate and play along side their siblings and friends at the recently opened and very successful new play space at the Limekiln Road entrance of Tymon Park.

That this Area Committee calls on the Chief Executive to make improvement works at the Cherryfield and Beechfield and Cromwellsforth Road areas in Walkinstown relating to tree maintenance works. Many of the roadsides have had trees removed with very tall, unsightly stumps left behind, with some blocking private residents entrances. On other roads, the stumps were taken but the verge has been left in an awful state and no trees replanted. On the Cromwellsforth Road, trees were removed and not replaced which has left the area looking much less cared for than the Dublin City Council side of the road and has encouraged illegal parking.
That the Chief Executive note that notwithstanding the fact that the council are currently examining site options for public toilet facilities at the Tallaght end of Tymon Park, that this Area Committee requests the Chief Executive to also make improvements to the existing public toilet facilities at the Willington end of Tymon Park, including accessible changing facilities to be able to accommodate adults and children with disabilities which will enable all members of our community to enjoy the park and all the amenities it has to offer.
To ask the Chief Executive to outline the details of the Dublin 12 Laneway Cleaning Scheme including information on when the scheme was set up, what laneways it includes, whether the scheme is still in operation, the frequency of cleaning, whether that has changed over time, what the scheme was set up to achieve and to confirm whether the scheme is still achieving those aims.
