QUESTION: Councillor Alan Hayes

To ask the chief executive to provide a report on the ownership of the shipping container located on Chapel Lane, Palmerstown village and to ask if it can be removed if it is in situ without permission. 

REPLY:

This development has been referred to the Council's reference section to identify ownership of the property. Establishing ownership is a prerequisite of any enforcement investigation that may be necessary.

If this is determined to be unauthorised development, it will be the intention of any consequent enforcement action that it is regularised.
