MANAGERS REPORT
That the Chief Executive examine the footpath at Bus Stop for the 239 that leads from Arthur Griffith Park. Wheelchair users and people with walking sticks use this footpath and it is mottled and hard to negotiate for such commuters.
That this Area Committee ask the Chief Executive to make a statement regarding the Tallaght Wetlands, following the withdrawal of application seeking funding for the Sean Walsh Memorial Park Wetland Enhancement Project quoted in the Irish Times on 11/11/2019.
The article states “The ecologist has proposed a course of action to be followed which includes the preparation and implementation of a habitat rehabilitation plan, as well as the preparation and implementation of a habitat management plan for the area”
The statement should include a summary of the report and a date that the full report will be available.
"To ask the Chief Executive if SDCC own any land in the Fortunestown area? If so, can you please advise where these lands are and if there are plans for these lands? In addition, are they zoned for schools, community, parks or residential?"

That this Area Committee calls on the Chief Executive to give a report on the delay on the opening of the access gate in Saggart that was democratically agreed upon in previous Tallaght Area Committee meetings, after many discussions, reports and budget allocation for its opening.

To ask the Chief Executive to provide a goal timeline and an average timeline for the review process that takes place from when a recommendation is received from the underwriter to when the applicant is informed of this result.
