That this Committee calls upon the Manager to direct the owners of the old Gallaghers factory to clean up and trim the hedges and verges at the junction of the Airton Road and the Greenhills Road, as their overgrown state is a danger to pedristrians who use that route.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to provide a detailed report on progress made in relation to the agreed consultation with residents in the cul de sac in the vicinity of 125 Watergate Estate where residents are experiencing ongoing difficulties with park users obstructing residents driveways and the roadway. That this Committee further notes that this issue has been the subject of two previous motions and discussions and a number of Traffic Management Meetings with no contact with residents being made despite commitments given and the prospect of the matter becoming a bigger issue during the spring and summer months.
