MOTION: Councillor M. Devine

"That the Manager report on the Traffic Management Plan as agreed with I.T/SIAC regarding works at Bancroft Park and follow up on aspects not adhered to"

REPORT:

The works associated with the IT development on public roads have Council approved traffic managent plans in place and are working reasonably well . The contractor has responsibility to ensure compliance. A number of issues have arisen in the Banroft Park area which have been resolved and it is hoped that these works will be completed shortly.
