To ask the Manager for a detailed update on enforcement proceedings against the owner of the site on Cookstown Cottages, in relation to the telephone mast there and will be Manager please note, that enforcement proceedings were due to be brought in relation to the telephone mast in May, 2007 and the said telephone mast is still in situ in early 2008?
To ask the Manager for a detailed update on the issues arising at Cookstown Cottages, which were listed as a headed item at four separate Area 2 meetings and which has not been listed as a headed item since February, 2007?
To ask the Manager why it is that no action has been taken on foot of a complaint made to the Planning Enforcement Section of South Dublin County Council by *details supplied, concerning an unauthorised advertising sign in the Hunterswood area, advertising housing units for sale in the adjoining area, and if the Manager would outline exactly what action has been taken to date, and exactly why it is that this sign remains in place some ten months after the complaint was first made, and if he will make a statement on the matter?

To ask the Manager how soon will work commence and be completed on Tallaght Stadium?
To ask the Manager for a detailed update and clarification on the plot of land *details supplied. Correspondence from the Council indicates, that it is not in Council ownership but may be required in the future. There is a great deal of anti-social behaviour there and the Council have acknowledged in writing, that the plot is registered as part of the school property. The school quite simply wish to incorporate this small piece of land in to the school grounds. When and how can this issue be resolved?

To ask the Manager to provide this Committee with a detailed visual demonstration of the anticipated revised road layout at all existing junctions on the Cheeverstown Road - indicating the locations of traffic lights including pedestrian light provision with particular emphasis on pedestrian traffic crossing to and from Fettercairn to Brookfield Road and to and from Cheeverstown Road to Fortunestown Lane at the location of Tallaght Leisure Centre?
To ask the Manager to outline the delay with the provision of double yellow lines in the vicinity of the Mary Mercer Centre as agreed at the Tallaght Traffic Management meeting in October?
To ask the Manager to review the provision of parking on Kiltalown Way in the vicinity of the infill development adjacent to the Estate Management office, noting that residents in this infill development are experiencing difficulties due to the haphazard parking of shoppers and more recently work being carried out by the council constructing the new community facility on this road?
To ask the Manager to have arranged an investigation of the shore gullies at *details supplied, which have a history of blocking and caused flooding during the recent inclement weather?
To ask the Manager to have arranged contact made with the Principal of St.Dominic's National School,with a view to resolving the issue of impeded vehicular access/egress, especially emergency vehicles and will the Manager note that this impediment appears to be as a result of the recent construction of the very welcome pedestrian bridge and will the Manager come back to the Council with a detailed report on this important issue?
To ask the Manager if a pedestrian crossing could be provided close to the 54A bus terminus on Kiltipper Way in Tallaght, given the pedestrian activity at this location, and the substantial residential developments that have occurred in recent years, particularly in Marlfield, Ellensborough and Kiltipper Gate, and in view of the issues on pedestrian safety at this location, if this request for a pedestrian crossing could be prioritised, and if he will make a statement on the matter.
