Mot (5)

"That this Committee discusses the footpath repair programme for the TRAC area with the benefit of the full results – and grading system used to ascertain condition of footpaths due for repair – as a result of the year long footpath survey of the county, (b) to ascertain how many (what length) of footpaths will be facilitated for repair in 2008 (c) what areas."

Mot (6)
Submitted by:
Councillor E. Walsh
Responsibility:
Denis Ryan

"That the Manager put in place extra double yellow lines at Castleside Drive and Woodlands?"

Mot (7)
Submitted by:
Sen. C. Keane
Responsibility:
Denis Ryan

"That this Committee discuss the problems residents of Templeroan Lodge are experiencing trying to exit their estate due to speeding traffic on Ballyroan road (the Green route) to either exit or enter Templeroan Lodge.   It is especially difficult to exit and turn right as the cars are travelling at 80km or more.  The road is also used in the evening as a ‘race track’.  Residents have requested a protective railing or barrier along the small hedge that separates the estate from this busy road as it would be very easy for a car to skid off the Scholarstown Roundabout into Templeroan Lodge. Also to examine if speed camera could be installed on this road."

Mot (8)
Submitted by:
Councillor J. Lahart
Responsibility:
Denis Ryan

"That the Manager take on board local views regarding the operation of the Pay parking System in Rathfarnham Village."

Mot (9)
Submitted by:
Councillor E. Walsh

"That the Manager put up parking signs and directions for parking at Castleside Drive and Woodlands?"
