"That the Manager put in place extra double yellow lines at Castleside Drive and Woodlands?"

REPORT:

Double yellow lines are provided on Castleside Drive in association with enforcement of the Control of Parking Bye Laws. This has resulted in the removal of inappropriate parking from Castleside Drive. Residents have contacted the Council Roads department regarding individual cases of possible illegal parking and the parking warden has  been instructed to attend to this matter.

Woodlands was inspected to assess the impact of displaced parking from Rathfarnham Village. The roads in this area are wide enough to accommodate a reasonable amount of parking while maintaining access. This area will be included in review of the Control of Parking Bye Laws.
