Report on Taking in Charge of Estates

 

The attached detailed listing sets out the up-to-date position on the taking in charge of developments. 

 Three estates have been taken in charge in 2007. 

To date one estate has been taken in charge in 2008

The following is the up to date priority listing for the Terenure/Rathfarnham Area:-

                            will assume responsibility for these works, cost

                             to be borne by the developer.
