Mot (3)
Submitted by:

"That this Committee discusses the logistics of having a proposal followed through from the floor of TRAC meeting  when discussing planning file - e,g, suggestions for better development put from the floor to avoid anti-social behaviour by moving the green space as proposed by developer to a more central location. This committee has been informed 'the planners can only deal with the actual application that is before them" - and suggestions such as proposed by the member could not be acted upon or followed through? (Note : actual planning referred to REF no  SD06A/0484 on Firhouse Road.). If this is the position requesting planning files it is a total waste of time."
