"To ask the Manager to have College Drive resurfaced with tarmac to help reduce the noise from traffic on the road as there are several hundred additional motorists using this road as a result of the development in Fortfield Square?" 

REPLY:

The road surface on College Drive is presently in good condition. There are no plans in the 2007 road programme to resurface College Drive.
