If we are serious about attracting new business to the area we must look at providing smaller units for new business to start up in the Tallaght area. That this area committee calls for a report on the suitability of the green field bordered by Homelawns Villas and the Seskin View Rd and to the rear of The Crescent Millbrook Lawns and Homelawns Rd for use as allotments or a community garden.

This would enable the productive use of a strip of land that is generally unused with limited potential due to its narrowness and proximity to existing back gardens.
