"To ask the Chief Executive that the tree outside 14 Maplewood Way be inspected and relevant works be carried out. The garden wall is cracked, the footpath is raised and in a dangerous state due to disturbance by the large roots. A public safety concern."

REPLY:

The tree at this location has been inspected and is being listed for removal.  As the Tree Maintenance Programme for 2015 is fully committed, the tree will be removed as part of the 2016 Tree Maintenance Programme.
