QUESTION: Councillor C. O'Connor

"To ask the Chief Executive to furnish a full report on the development of a new Road Network in and around the 45 bed Apartment Block at Cookstown Road, Tallaght, confirming what contacts he has had in respect of the matter and noting the concern of the local community that part of the road may become a cul-de-sac."

REPLY:
This road is to be completed as part of planning permission Sd04A/0373. It will be a through road linking Maplewood Rd to Cookstown Rd. The original road will join to the link road with two T-junctions. The contractor is currently working on completing the road. When complete we will commence the taking in charge process.
