That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for the immediate inspection and repair of the footpath at the entrance to St Michaels House as you turn onto the walkway from Rossmore. The gradient is causing extreme hardship for the clients of the facility and their carers as it is very difficult for wheel chair users.

That this Committee, while acknowledging the excellent work carried out by the Litter Wardens and Cleansing Crews , calls on the Manager to redouble efforts to investigate and prevent dumping, particularly in the Daletree Estate in Ballycullen. and the surrounding areas and to give consideration to increasing fines for littering.
