Would the Manager make a report regarding the derelict site on Old Court Road (Formerly Old court Garden Centre) Oldcourt,  and what action does he intend to take next, regarding the condition of the site

REPORT:

The Council's Area Engineer inspected the site at Old Court Road (Formerly Old Court Garden Centre) on the 25th January 2013.  The site has been deemed to be non derelict persuant to the provisions of the Derelict Sites Act 1990 but has recommended that a general tidy up of the site be carried out.  This tidy up is to consist of the removal of rubbish and level rubble, cut back overgrowth especially during summer months and is to maintain the site to prevent it from becoming derelict.

A reference check to confirm ownership details has been requested, once details are received a letter will issue to the owner requesting them to carry out the recommeded works.
