To ask Chief Executive for an update report on the Village initiative plans for Lucan village.
To ask Chief Executive if a response has been received from An Garda Siochana in relation to HGV report of fines made.
To ask the Chief Executive to provide an update in relation to additional water fountains in the Lucan area. Will water filter stations be included in the new Tandy’s lane park which had contracts recently completed and to be included in all future parks.
Following the recent Irish Water clinic held this month, a discussion took place regarding the National plan For future reservoirs. As there is an ever increasing demand of water supply in the GDA and the challenges in the Lucan area, this committee requests the Chief Executive to make possible a presentation of this same plan for the Area committee.
Following a question I raised at last months meeting this committee asks the Chief Executive to make plans to modify the roundabout. The problem at this location is the traffic that’s driving through the village heading west is turning right over the bridge and creating gridlock for those living local and those that are trying to commute around the village. To ask also if management could include drawings in response showing how this could or could not work
To ask the Council to give an update on need for retail facilities at Adamstown as part of the development of the area under the SDZ
To ask the Chief Executive for a report, in tabular form, for the number of reports of illegal dumping in the Lucan and Palmerstown-Fonthill electoral areas for the years 2018 and 2019, and the number of successful prosecutions which followed these reports.
To ask for an update on plans for managing traffic better all over Lucan
To ask for an update on plans for conservation of the King John's Bridge, Lucan
To ask the Chief Executive to provide a list of all tree removal works outstanding from the 2016-2019 tree maintenance programme.
To ask the Chief Executive for a progress update on the Part 8 development at Balagddy, and for the timeline until completion of the project.
To ask the Chief Executive for a report in tabular form, on the amount of financial assistance, through various Council schemes, provided to individual residents' associations in the Lucan and Palmerstown-Fonthill electoral areas
To ask the Chief Executive for a report on the utilisation and financial performance, in tabular form, of the community centres in the Lucan and Palmerstown-Fonthill electoral areas.
To ask the Chief Executive for a progress update on the delivery of the next stage of the Adamstown SDZ and to ask what social and infrastructural amenities will be provided as part of that.

That this Area Committee calls for the upgrading of the street lighting on Palmerstown Avenue, given the state of disrepair of footpaths on part of the road.
To ask the Chief Executive for a report on the decision to open the gate between Palmerstown Woods and Milford Manor, and what consultation took place with regard to this decision.
