To ask the Chief Executive to confirm how many replies remain outstanding in regards to letters written to various Departments/Agencies etc to date. (Such as the HGV letter to An Garda Siochana, M50 exit 8 to NTA)

In relation to the replies regarding HGV, and the M50 proposed exit 8 the following is the update: -

HGV fines Newcastle - latest reminder 12/9/2019 - no reply received

3.5 tonne Kennelsfort area - latest November 2018 - no further reply received

M50 proposed Jct 8 - Latest June 2020 - Senior Engineer will contact his counterpart at TII to expedite a reply.
