To ask the Chief Executive to report on the poor state of the old RIC Barracks on Old Nangor Rd and how SDCC will get owners of the property to clean it up and progress work, also can SDCC visit the site and have it examined and assure Cllrs the building is being "protected" under the relevant legislation?

To ask the Chief Executive if the manager is happy with the works to date on the Bawnogue road upgrade scheme and to explain why we had to go back a 2nd time to make changes to the proposed works? Residents have stated the upgrades have since made the road more dangerous since there is less space to manoeuvre on the road.

That this Area Committee requests the manager issue a fine re: the dog fouling witness report I submitted in July, happened blatantly outside a public school on a public pathway frequented by 100's of school going kids and parents daily.

That this Area Committee requests the manager address Lilliput Brideswell Lane, specifically the area outside the house opposite St. Brigid’s Well. The lane is currently affected by illegal dumping, persistent littering, the presence of hazardous gas cannisters, and graffiti defacing the utility box. Photographic evidence has been provided to support this request.
