Older Persons' Council Project Update
- Land Rezoning Tax
To ask the manager to outline any plans for the corner area of Griffeen Valley Park, located off Haydens Lane and immediately behind Johnsbride Green, formerly designated for the purpose as a model car racing track. Furthermore, that this council agrees to explore this area to utilise this valuable public park space, whilst helping to offset any recent ASB at this location.
That this Area Committee write to the Minister for Transport and the NTA to demand that improvements are made to the 17, 75 and 175 bus routes following considerable hardship caused to residents in this area recently by late or cancelled bus services.

Minutes of the Meeting held in June 2022
That this Council now agrees to press upon Government, the HSE and all relevant stakeholders to develop a comprehensive 'National Defibrillator Database' that actively works to update the location of all Automated External Defibrillators (AED's) in Ireland.
To ask the Chief Executive to provide this Council with a report on the 12 month pilot mapping project agreed and conducted by SDCC between July 2021 - July 2022 into the locations at which nitrous oxide cannisters were reported and removed. Report to include actions/recommendations in addressing this ongoing issue.
