QUESTION: Councillor P. Gogarty

To ask the Chief Executive when new trees and shrubs will be planted at Weston Crescent at the boundary with McCoy Motors to replace that torn down for street light installation; and if a statement can be made on the matter.

REPLY:

 We have a commitment from our maintenance contractor to carry out the replacement of the previous hedgerow before they close for Christmas on 23rd December. Note that the planting in this grass verge was a hedgerow only. There were no trees removed.
