That the Lucan/Clondalkin Area Committee notes the Manager's Report on Motion 21 on the Agenda of the Council Meeting of 8th May 2006 and requests the Manager to identify areas in the Clondalkin and Lucan Electoral Areas for which the approval of the Department of Environment, Heritage and Local Government for pilot Community Warden Schemes will be sought, and to prepare a proposal for the Department, which will be informed by the ongoing deliberations  of the LGMSB and City and County Managers.

That the Manager gives detailed information in relation to the “Corkagh Town Plan”. This plan is in relation to Affordable Housing.  Is there no other area within the Ward/County that would give the number of affordable houses needed? This would save Corkagh Park?

In response to representations from residents in the Oatfield & Wheatfield Housing Estates concerning on-going anti-social behaviour displayed by some private tenant's & the irresponsible attitude of some landlords, I move that this Council acts in conjunction with the P.R.T.B & Revenue Department to ensure that all landlords in the area are registered & tax compliant.
