That the Manager gives detailed information in relation to the “Corkagh Town Plan”. This plan is in relation to Affordable Housing. Is there no other area within the Ward/County that would give the number of affordable houses needed? This would save Corkagh Park?

That the Manager cut back all the trees beside the residents' houses that are facing Boomers pub?  Birds are loitering around the trees and as a result residents’ cars are being soiled.

That this Council work with Habitat Ireland in relation to building voluntary housing in the Clondalkin area.  I understand that the Council met with the group some time ago. I am looking to raise the issue. I would also ask that a Committee be set up consisting of Councillors/officials/Habitat Ireland/residents in relation to same.

On the Eastern side of the Woodford Road there are a number of cul-de-sacs facing the road, all near to Boomers pub and facing it. The kerbs at these cul-de-sacs block off the residents’ entrances into their houses. This must be resolved as soon as possible.

"To ask the manager to remove the rubble from the pathway between Coolamber Park and Westbourne Lodge. This rubble was left behind from work conducted on the pathway and is now makes it impossible for local residents to use their lawnmowers to maintain the pathway as they have done for years?"
