" To ask the Manager to clarify the ownership of the laneway to the rear of *details supplied which was subject to a PROW at a recent Tallaght ACM)?"

"To ask the Manager to have arranged contact with the owner of the site between *details supplied requesting that he have removed the metal fencing which is encouraging youths to access the adjacent back gardens and is causing a nuisance to residents of the estate?"

"To ask the Manager to clarify the situation already outlined to the Roads Department  (in a number of e-mails), in relation to the re-configuration of the Greenhills Road.  Will the Manager confirm that the re-configuration of the Road (approved under the Part 8 process) will result in the creation of  "an unofficial laneway" at the rear of *details supplied and if so what action does the Road Department plan to take to alleviate the genuine concerns of adjacent residents?"

“To ask the Manager to outline exactly what does the developer have planning permission for at *Details supplied, and why is it the case that he has chosen to date not to develop that permission, and given the problem of dumping at this site and the erection of unsightly hoardings, if South Dublin County Council would liaise with the developer to find out his intentions concerning his planning permission, and if and when the structure will be developed, and if he will make a statement on the matter?”

To thank the Manager for the considerable Graffiti cleaning works in the Lucan area in recent times, including engaging the contractor for specialised works in removing Graffiti from brick-work and pebble dashing. What additional Graffiti removal works are scheduled to take place in the near future in the Lucan, Palmerstown and Clondalkin areas.

To ask the Manager to give an updated report on what Council and Voluntary Housing is to be completed and ready for allocation in the Clondalkin and Lucan electoral areas in 2007 and similarly in 2008 and 2009?

• Social Voluntary

To ask the Manager to investigate the possibility of South Dublin County Council, through the Community Department, supporting initiatives to improve literacy levels of children throughout the County including through support and possibly funding for homework clubs.

To thank the Manager for his assistance in helping the many Residents Associations in estate tidying works which many Residents Associations engage in. The Council support in providing cleaning materials is of great assistance to the community.
