" To ask the Manager to have arranged a resolution of the issues at details supplied *  as outlined in a number of e-mails to the Housing Department?."

REPLY

Maintenance requests have been recieved in respect of this house and those for which the Council has responsibility will be dealt with in accordance with our categorisation policy. A particular request was made for window replacement and this will be dealt with under the Window Replacement Programme.

Tenant will be contacted and advised of approximate date when the work will be carried out.

The request for removal of accumulated rubbish from the back garden is a matter for the tenant to address as this is a tenant responsibility issue.
