"To ask the Manager to clarify the situation already outlined to the Roads Department (in a number of e-mails), in relation to the re-configuration of the Greenhills Road. Will the Manager confirm that the re-configuration of the Road (approved under the Part 8 process) will result in the creation of "an unofficial laneway" at the rear of *details supplied and if so what action does the Road Department plan to take to alleviate the genuine concerns of adjacent residents?"
“To ask the Manager if he could repair as soon as possible a badly damaged kerb at *details supplied and if he will make a statement on the matter?”
