To ask the Manager if he can advise members if there is any precise definition of the term Affordable Home/Affordable Housing in any legislation and or government guidelines relating to affordable housing which specify the selling price of an Affordable Housing Unit relative to the market value of the unit, or if the term Affordable Home/Affordable Housing can have, in terms of price, whatever  meaning that a developer or the Affordable Homes Partnership or the Minister for the Environment wishes the term to have, eg 80% of market value?

To ask the Manager if he will make a report on the disposal/facilitation of disposal by the Council of Affordable Housing units in 2005 and 2006, under Part V and the Sustaining Progress Affordable Homes Initiative,  and if the report can include figures for the average selling price of units of different types (apartments, duplexes, houses) and sizes by location( ie Tallaght, Clondalkin, Lucan, Rathcoole), and how selling prices compare in terms of percentage with market prices of the units?

To ask the Manager to give a detailed report on the work of the authority in implementing the provisions of the Barcelona Declaration in the period since its formal adoption by this Council to include: (a) details on the consultation if any with persons with a disability and disability organisations in implementing the declaration, (b) the range of measures proposed and developed, (c) the budget associated with these measures and the extent to which the annual funding from the National Disability Strategy has been utilised, and (d) the progress made to date on implementation of the Barcelona Declaration?
