QUESTION: Cllr. Stanley Laing

"To ask the Manager  to provide a plan for the resurfacing of the laneways throughout our Committee area on a schedule basis and that this be included in preparation for the Estimates?"

REPLY:

Having regard to the demands for the repair and renewal of footpaths, renewal of signs, cleaning of gullies and the other normal maintenance issues it is is difficult to set aside a major amount of funding for the resurfacing of laneways. However a sum will be included in the preperation of the estimates.
