"That this committee discuss the Willbrook Lawn open space ‘saga’ as this problem is taking ages to sort. "That this Committee agrees that a 3 ton ban be imposed on the laneway to the rear of Muckross Ave. to prevent further damage to rear walls/laneway and indeed house extensions right beside this laneway, and also  condems the 'slipshod' repair that was carried out recently on this laneway to - it definatley is not up to SDCC standards, to state if this was contracted out and if so the follow up action on this?That the owner of the builders yard there be contacted and held responsible for the damage done by lorries to the freshly laid tarmac - now very dangerous with a large gaping hole. To state how and when this is going to be addressed. "
