QUESTION: Councillor K. Warren

“To ask the Manager if he would consider planting some creepers on the new boundary wall on the Firhouse Road, which was recently established, opposite the entrance to Firhouse Community College, as a means of deterring those who would seek to deface this wall with paint etc., and if he will make a statement on the matter?”

REPLY:

The matter of planting creepers on the boundary walls to Dodder Valley Park will be examined in the context of the overall landscaping proposals for the Firhouse Road. As these walls are the private property of the individual householders, this matter will need careful consideration.
