Following my continuous representation to have all works in Foxborough Estate, Lucan completed, would the Manager now bring forward his plans, including time-scale for these works, given the Manager's Report that the Developer was not issued with a Completion Certificate and if necessary the Manager's intentions to pursue this matter through the necessary legal channels. That the Manager would agree to bring forward a comprehensive Local Traffic Management Plan for the New Park and Ride Facility at Cooldrinagh in advance of its opening. Notwithstanding the great benefit of this New Park and Ride Facility to the community, including in Lucan and Palmerstown, and having potentially one thousand cars off our roads each morning, including the N4, careful planning is required so that when available, the new Park and Ride Facility at Cooldrinagh does not result in further traffic congestion in accessing and exiting this facility.
