"That this committee discusses the parking proposals for Pears Brother/ Palmer Park – ongoing prior to 1999. (b) to outline in the report the residents groups going to be contacted and when? (c) to outline what department is going to co-ordinate this –as it is a wider issue than any new housing development, taking into consideration plans have been developed previously by the Roads department.. (c) to outline in the report what assessment has been carried out on the submission on parking made by the Pearse Br. Park/Palmer Park residents association as part of the Ballyboden Village Plan? And to comment on same as such information is necessary prior to future meeting with the residents association."

(a) Outlining the extent of illegal caravan settlements in the Clondalkin Electoral Ward.
(b) Whether South Dublin Co. Council has a duty of care to any of the people concerned.
(c) What is being done to sort out the problem.

“To ask the Manager to confirm that the planning permission grounding the construction of The Belfry in Citywest placed a condition on the Developers, Laragan Developments, to provide playground equipment to be placed in open areas around The Belfry Hall, to state why it is that this condition has been breached by the Developers in question, and if South Dublin County Council will now take action to ensure that the condition is observed, and that such playground equipment is made available, and if he will make a statement on the matter?”
