This Committee calls for a report on the progress of works on the Kilininny Tower.
That this Committee calls on the Manager to provide a detailed report on discussions between this Council and the contractor/developer and the N.R.A. in relation to new Tallaght By-Pass bridge and its Taking-in-Charge. Furthermore, the provision of a time-table to rectify the outstanding works at the entrance to St. Dominics N.S. and St. Colmcilles.
This Committee calls for a box junction to be placed at the junction of the Old Court Road and Kilininny Road.
That this Committee demands that J. OConnor Ltd.,complete work on the footpath on the Greenhills Road, between the apartment building and the rear of St. Basils Centre, and that the Council obtain notice of this work and when it will be carried out.

"That this committee discusses the recommendations of the consultants report engaged to examine the issue of School Transport / School Buses and the reommendations made in that report that the Department of Environment have refused to fund i.e. the design of nine dedicated school bus routes. That this Council write again to the Minister for the Environment pointing out the reduction in C02 and the contribution this would make to Ireland achieving it target as agreed in Kyoto Protocol. (b) that this committee recommends in the event of a negative reply from the Minister that SDCC take steps to launch one pilot project (with the aid of Parents/schools) contracting out the service to private providers - as the survey indicated that such a service would be popular in South Dublin County Council Area. This could be achieved under the 'private bus hire' service."
To ask the Manager what is the value of the total water charges invoiced by South Dublin County Council to schools within its administrative area since the introduction of water charges to schools, broken down in each year since the charges were introduced and showing the amounts of these charges which have been paid, and if he will make a statement on the matter?
"That the the Manager write to the NRA to demonstrate the commitment of this committee & SDCC indicating the necessity for the extension of sound barrier no. 47 on the M50 adjacent to Ballrothery Roundabout /Tymon Park /and the residential area of W.O.R.K. and to report on the meeting arranged for WORK Residents Association with SDCC roads dept. & NRA and any follow up report on this meeting."
