MOTION NO. 5

MOTION: Councillor E. Maloney

That this Committee demands that J. OConnor Ltd.,complete work on the footpath on the Greenhills Road, between the apartment building and the rear of St. Basils Centre, and that the Council obtain notice of this work and when it will be carried out.

REPORT:

The Council have issued four road opening licences related to the development referred to in the motion. The licences were all issued to Jaabar Ltd. subject to the usual terms and conditions. The licences remain open and responsibility therefore rests with Jaabar Ltd. The Council will contact Jaabar and seek the information requested in the motion.
