Specifically would the Manager report on any part of this proposed development, whereby any land involved is in public ownership, and what procedures are required if any such land is to be included in this proposed development?

That this Council asks the Minister of State for housing to meet a delegation of local Cllrs. and housing staff to request him to review the Housing (miscellaneous) Act 1997 to allow for realistic and effective methods of dealing with the escalating anti-social problem in local authority housing. The review to include effective measures to prohibit tenants engaging in said activities and to include measures to deal with same problem in privately owned houses in Council estates.

"To ask the Manager to arrange a clean up of the Kilakee Road area of the Dublin Mountains in the SDCC area which is littered with a sofa and a number of computer screens and other detritus?"
To ask the Manager if he will advise whether the open spaces on Griffeen Glen Estate, Lucan have been taken in charge, and if he will advise when and how often the grass on the open space at Griffeen Glen Boulevard will be cut during the summer months?
