Confirmation and re-affirmation of minutes of meeting 15th October 2025.
That this council agree large scale planning infringements relating to illegal development or occupation of land/buildings be prioritised and acted on in a timely manner, with enforcement proceedings against the owner/developer expedited and taking priority.
To ask the Chief Executive is there a requirement for rental properties where the Household Assistance Payment (HAP) contributes a portion of the rent, to be registered with the RTB?
That the Manager give a timeline when will the EV charging points at Rosemount car park be installed. There is an area reserved for EV charging but no chargers there.
Could the Manager include in the footpath repair programme the footpaths on Anne Devlin Road. There are footpath repairs being done on roads close by but not on Anne Devlin Road.
Could the road at the small roundabout on Anne Devlin Road be reinstated. The road has a temporary repair left by Irish Water.
That the chief executive have the lower branches of the trees opposite houses 40,50 and 52 Anne Devlin Road trimmed back. The branches are blocking the line of sight for pedestrians and motorists leaving Old Orchard Road onto Anne Devlin Road. Pedestrians and motorists cannot see on coming traffic on their right and left at the junction of Anne Devlin Road/Old Orchard.
