That the Council directs the Chief Executive to include a policy on the Turner Glasshouses purchased by SDCC and their amenity and tourism potential.
That this Council direct the Chief Executive to include an explicit new policy objective in the new Development Plan limiting the use of residential roads for deliveries in the early morning before 7am and night-time after 9pm to commercial premises, including where there is an approved loading bay. The policy should also restrict Engines left running idle by delivery trucks.

That it is the policy of this Council to promote the Irish Language in tandem with the development of Gaeltacht regions in the County.
School Planning
That this Council directs the Chief Executive to include a School Planning Strategy in the new Development Plan, to include the latest DES projections for school place demand, and based on these projections to allow the elected members to decide on the location for new schools, with sites to be reserved, as appropriate, in the Development Plan.

That this Council directs the CEO to ensure the County Development Plan prioritises the safety of pedestrians by ensuring road hedgerows are maintained and footpaths are useable.
It is the policy of this Council to implement a Social Clause or the principle of such for infill development across the County.
As part of future developments South of Oldcourt Road - a new secondary school should be included to cater for the current, and future, needs of the Firhouse, Ballycullen / Oldcourt areas. The difficulties experienced this year with primary schools - in this area - needs to be avoided in the future and provision in the development plan can means that these difficulties be avoided in the future.
It is the policy of this Council to use a Social Clause for any construction that is funded by public monies.
That the Council directs the Chief Executive to include a policy on the replacement of broken and dangerous footpaths in the Butterfield Avenue/Ballyroan area of Rathfarnham.
The County Development Plan will promote health and fitness in our schools and any new schools been build should include green space and a sports hall in them and any schools that does not have a sports hall has one or a shared one provided.
That this Council directs the Chief Executive to provide Cycle lanes on the roads approaching new developments and that as part of the road design plan, cycle lanes are built as the road to residential developments are being built.
That this Council directs the Chief Executive to identify an appropriate area(s) of public ground for provision of monuments and/or Gardens of Remembrance in commemoration of the 1916 rising, the War of Independence, the foundation of the State and other significant landmarks during the Decade of Commemoration
