That this Committee calls on the Manager to take immediate action to make safe the end of the existing footpath from St Aongus Crescent to Castletymon Shopping Centre, at the rear and side of Castletymon Library. The uneven and worn tarmac is a health and safety risk to the public using that footpath, which becomes swamped and slippery after any rainfall.

That the carpark at Firhouse Road/Dodder Valley Linear Park be opened for use of parents/guardians dropping off pupils at Scoil Carmel, as current carparking arrangements are inadequate and lead to congestion and potential traffic hazard.

That this Committee while supporting the recently adopted County Play Policy commends and supports the efforts of the "amplifying Voices" group of young people aged  9-13 from St Dominic's in engaging with this Council in an attempt to participate in the design and planning of the proposed MUGA for the area adjacent to St Dominic's Community Centre and supports the staff in an early and positive engagement with the group.
