"To ask the Manager to give an update on the traffic calming programme"

"To ask the Manager to report on the footpath repairs carried out in the Tallaght area in the previous year and whether he intends to set a works programme for footpaths this year"

"That this committee recommends the provision of a park and ride facility in the Tallaght Square area to cater for the Luas"

"To ask the Manager if he would make representations to Dublin Bus concerning the need to establish a bus shelter on that part of Tallaght Road directly opposite the entrance to Bancroft Estate, and given the large number of users who require this service, if the matter could be progressed between South Dublin County Council and Dublin Bus, to ensure that a bus shelter is erected, and if he could make a statement on the matter?"

To ask the Manager to give the exact date of commencement of construction of both Westbrook/Saggart Abbey Estates by the developers and to indicate how long ago in years, months and weeks that is and when can the long-suffering residents of these estates expect that their neighbourhood will be completed and will he make a statement on the matter?

" To ask the Manager to confirm that the provision of a footpath at *details supplied is in full compliance with granted planning application SD02A/2002 as the footpath is practically adjacent to the sittingroom windows of these houses and appears to be a gross invasion of privacy on the soon to be residents of this development and will the Manager make a statement on the matter?"

"To ask the Manager for a detailed update on any proposals to create a pedestrian access/egress between *(details supplied) and will the Manager note the widespread opposition to any such proposal and will the Manager make a detailed statement on the issue?"

" To ask the Manager to confirm that in the recent  Planning Permission SD04A/0798 why conditions 6 & 8 were inserted and to outline in detail how the applicant can comply with those two conditions in view of the fact that the Board of Management  of the adjacent school (please note a letter on file dated October 26th from the Architect representing the applicant) have stated that they will not give permission for such accesss and will the Manager outline in detail how the applicant can comply with those written conditions without said permission and will the Manager make a detailed statement on this issue?."

"To ask the Manager to outline what new lands the Manager has purchased for the Council in the Tallaght area for development if any".

"To ask the Manager to give an update to the committee of all current title-less lands within the Tallaght area under the control/maintenance of the Council and will he include any laneways etc. that fall into this category"

(1) The total cost of the recently erected fencing at Alpine Rise/Belgard Heights.    (2) Was contact made with the Roads Department in relation to the Part 8 process for the proposed Embankment Road-CityWest-Belgard Road extension and the submissions received from residents requesting a wall at this location.   (3)That in a written reply to a question I had down for the October Area Two Meeting stated that the fencing was erected to prevent anti-social activity and dumping at this location but yet when the fencing was erected pedestrian gaps were left which could facilitate such activity.    (4) That following damage done to the fencing at the Luas Station, Belgard Heights more of the fencing was removed at the request of a Council official and will the Manager make a detailed statement on the issues raised within this question?."
