That this Committee calls upon the Manager to make known to Dublin Bus that their policy of providing on a one in three basis, wheel chair accessible buses on the 77A route, is causing undue hardship to wheel chair dependant customers and that the policy be reviewed immediately.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to investigate with the relevant landowner, the possibility of providing some planting and possible excavation works on the site between the N81 and the 'Jobstown Garage' (opposite Jobstown Inn) with a view to this landmark site being brightened up for the benefit of the Community as its current status/condition is not satisfactory taking into account its important location at the entrance to the Parish.

That the Manager organise a site visit to Drumcairn  Green to assess how best protect the green spaces from the frequent and increasing invasion by quad & motorbikes.These activities are posing serious danger to the local people, especially to children, who cannot use the provided space for play.

That this Committee requests the report of the audit of trees on St Joseph's Rd, Greenhills, on foot of the motion in my name agreed by this Committee at the Tallaght ACM 2 on November 22nd, 2010 (Minutes Reference T/378/10). Many of these trees are unsuitable and cause a variety of difficulties for local residents, including trip hazards, resin and detritus damage to cars and driveways, blocking sunlight, coming into contact with wires, and having low-hanging branches. This Committee notes its regret that no trees on this road were included in the 2011 Arboricultural Programme.
