A. Letter SENT to the Manager, Dublin Bus, on 8th March, 2011, regarding a Motion passed at the Tallaght (2) ACM on 28th February, 2011,  in relation to a request for the installation of a new Bus shelter outside IT Tallaght.

B. Letter SENT to the Deputy Sean Crowe regarding a Motion passed at the Tallaght (2) ACM on 28th February, 2011, congratulating him on his success in the recent General Election.

That this Committee calls upon the Manager to make known to Dublin Bus that their policy of providing on a one in three basis, wheel chair accessible buses on the 77A route, is causing undue hardship to wheel chair dependant customers and that the policy be reviewed immediately.

That the Manager request a written update from Dublin Bus regarding plans to provide a bus shelter for the stop at Tallaght IT. This Motion had previously been discussed at this Council but without resolution.

That this Commitee rejects the building of the National Childrens Hospital at either the greenfields site or at the Mater, this Committee calls for the building of the children's hospital at the Tallaght site.

That the Manager provide an update on the masts on the Badminton Hall on Whitehall Road and that the Council will actively seek to reduce the number of masts at this location as part of the licensing process.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to investigate with the relevant landowner, the possibility of providing some planting and possible excavation works on the site between the N81 and the 'Jobstown Garage' (opposite Jobstown Inn) with a view to this landmark site being brightened up for the benefit of the Community as its current status/condition is not satisfactory taking into account its important location at the entrance to the Parish.

That the Manager organise a site visit to Drumcairn  Green to assess how best protect the green spaces from the frequent and increasing invasion by quad & motorbikes.These activities are posing serious danger to the local people, especially to children, who cannot use the provided space for play.

That this Committee requests the report of the audit of trees on St Joseph's Rd, Greenhills, on foot of the motion in my name agreed by this Committee at the Tallaght ACM 2 on November 22nd, 2010 (Minutes Reference T/378/10). Many of these trees are unsuitable and cause a variety of difficulties for local residents, including trip hazards, resin and detritus damage to cars and driveways, blocking sunlight, coming into contact with wires, and having low-hanging branches. This Committee notes its regret that no trees on this road were included in the 2011 Arboricultural Programme.

"To ask the Manager to ensure that vacant houses * Adresses supplied   are speedily made safe and that the owners are pursued under The Derelict Sites Act noting the devastating effects these vacant properties have on the surrounding communities in addition to the many dangers to life and limb posed by them?"

That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for a site meeting to take place at Homelawn Gardens with a view to the eradication of the parking problems caused by parents of students of Scoil Santáin which results in residents being unable to gain access to or exit their homes.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to carry out an inspection of the ramps in the Templeogue area due to the severe deterioration in their condition in recent months. This is due no doubt to the adverse weather conditions earlier in the year.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to investigate the feasibility of introducing a residents permit parking scheme in St Maelruin's Estate (1-36) as the pay and display in the old bus terminus on the old Bawn Road has resulted in drivers parking their cars in St Maelruin's for extended durations causing significant obstructions during the day
