That this Committee requests installation of a 'kissing gate' at the entrance to the tow path on the north canal bank of the 9th lock similar to the one newly erected on the opposite bank as part of the Green Route project.
That the Manager will present an updated report to this Committee on the current status of the senior citizen/public space which was provided as part of the Kelland Homes development on Orchard Road, Clondalkin specifically-
a. Confirm that it is currently in SDCC's ownership.
b. Any estimates to date on the cost of 'fitting out' the space.
c. If there has been any move on engaging a group/organisation to manage the space?

That the Manager presents a report on Collinstown Park, North Clondalkin dealing with the following issues:-
(a) Secure fencing and gates around the park with the aim of preventing access to motorbikes.
(b) Dealing with litter in the park.
That this Committee congratulates all concerned with the 'Halloween Spooky Walk' in Corkagh Park which proved to be hugely popular with young and old and also to ask that the possibility of something similar with a Christmas/Santa theme could be investigated.
That the Manager ensures that the pedestrian entrance to Corkagh Park at Park View Lawns, Clondalkin is locked at park closing time.

Can the Manager access the feasibility of installing rumble strips on the lower side of Neilstown Bridge? This would alert cars that there is a busy junction nearby.
