That this committee recommends that the Gardai reintroduce the placement of parking tickets on motor vehicles which are the subject of a computer-recorded fine for a parking offence. The placement of physical ticket on the offending motor vehicle would provide a visual warning and deterrent to other car-users who may park illegally in the same area.

This seem to have reached an unacceptable level and that this be discussed with the aid of a full written report from the Gardaí
