"To ask the Manager to confirm plans to provide a pedestrian crossing on the Cheeverstown Road close to its junction with Fettercairn; will he note that this was a scene of a recent fatal accident which has caused huge upset in the community and will he confirm his intentions?"

"To ask the Manager if consideration would be given to the establishment of a pedestrian crossing close to the pedestrian access on to Belgard Road from Garrynisk in Kingswood Heights, as a means of accessing the Luas Station in Belgard, and given the large number of pedestrians who use this Station from residences adjoining Belgard Road in Kingswood Heights, if he would consider other measures to help pedestrian safety as they cross the Belgard Road at this dangerous junction and if he would make a statement on the matter?"

That the Roads Department prepare plans for a Lay-by at Scoil Santain to facilitate Parents dropping their kids off. This should alleviate this traffic going into Homelawns Estate.

"To ask the Manager to update the Committee on plans for the redevelopment of Tallaght Court House?"

"To ask the Manager to write to Dublin Bus asking them to clarify plans for the redevelopment of bus services to Tallaght West estates?"

"To ask the Manager to report on discussions with the Court Services in relation to Tallaght Courthouse. In the event of the new Courthouse opening in the future, will the Manager indicate what the plans are for the existing building?"

"To ask the Manager to have arranged an extension of the existing railing on the wall between The High Street, Tallaght and the back garden of number 2 Westpark estate and will the Manager note that the absence of such an extension is encouraging anti-social activity at this location and will the Manager make a statement on the issues raised within this question?"
