The Motion below was passed last October 2017. To date the works have not been carried out. This Committee calls on the Chief Executive to provide an update when these works will take place.

"That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to have the trees and shrubs removed at the lane way entrance between the Abberley Court Hotel and Westpark estate. I have received numerous complaints from residents regarding serious anti-social behaviour at this location and they believe if the trees and overgrowth were removed this would stop the problem."

"That this Area Committee calls on the Chief Executive to repair the pathway on Drumcairn Parade and carry out works to alleviate the issues of flooding on this pathway and the pathways in Butler McGee Park.  The flooding issues are hindering school children going to and from school and having a huge effect on those who use mobility scooters. Given that we are now into a prolonged period of bad weather, we call on the Chief Executive to deal with this as a matter of urgency."
