MOTION: Councillor B. Ferron

The Motion below was passed last October 2017. To date the works have not been carried out. This Committee calls on the Chief Executive to provide an update when these works will take place.

"That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to have the trees and shrubs removed at the lane way entrance between the Abberley Court Hotel and Westpark estate. I have received numerous complaints from residents regarding serious anti-social behaviour at this location and they believe if the trees and overgrowth were removed this would stop the problem."

REPORT:

"The trees and shrubs along the laneway between the Abberley Court Hotel and Westpark estate will be pruned before the end of the year.  The area will be monitored on an ongoing basis."
