"That this committee ask that SDCC to look at a location within the Global Garden for a 40ft x 12ft container for Clondalkin Men's Shed (will be supplied by the Men's Shed Ireland) - We agree this would not only sort out the accommodation needs of Clondalkin Men's Shed, but would provide opportunities for inclusion for both older and intercultural citizens. The Clondalkin Men's shed would also participate in the upkeep of the Garden. Also that security around the Garden be looked at".

"This Committee agrees that as the Clondalkin St Patrick's  Day festival is funded by the Council that all Councillor's in the Clondalkin LEA  be invited to sit on the organizing committee and that a full report be presented to committee by the officials on last years events including all funding and expenditure etc. The committee also agrees that Council staff should be on the committee and minutes should be publicly available."
